Pulmonology

The Pulmonology Department at SouthCoast Medical Group is staffed with board certified specialists in pulmonary, sleep, allergy and critical care medicine. We offer treatment for patients with complaints of shortness of breath, chronic cough and sleep disorders. Other physicians refer patients to us that have abnormal chest x-rays, CT scans or MRI's. We have a pulmonary function lab to perform breathing tests to determine possible diagnoses of asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, pulmonary fibrosis or interstitial lung disease, to mention just a few. We offer a warm and friendly atmosphere that provides a caring environment for our patients.
