We offer the following services:
Swedish Massage
Offers firm but gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and creates relaxation. The therapist uses massage oil to facilitate making long, smooth strokes over the body.
Half Session (30 minutes) - $40.00
Full Session (60 minutes) - $65.00
Deluxe Session (90 minutes) - $90.00
Deep Tissue Massage
Aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, it offers many of the same techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure is more intense. The therapist focuses on areas to release muscle tension or knots.

Full Session (60 minutes) - $65.00
Deluxe Session (90 minutes) - $90.00
Targeted Area Massage
Problem areas are targeted and focused on for the full extent of the therapy session as opposed to a full body massage. Your therapist will discuss with you the level of intensity desired for your targeted area prior to your massage.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of a regular massage but is tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. The aches and pains are so different, and so are the remedies. A specialized pregnancy massage can provide a mother-to-be relief from the physical discomfort that comes along with pregnancy. Our therapists have received training beyond the national standards for massage therapists and specialize in massage for the childbearing year.
We do not perform any massage treatments on women in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy. All prenatal massages require a physician’s prescription.
Full Session (60 minutes) - $80.00
Deluxe Session (90 minutes) - $105.00
Reiki
A technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. This form of bodywork is done with the client lying on a massage table (clothed and covered with a light blanket) while the therapist uses gentle hand placements on or above the major energy centers. This technique is designed to relieve pain, reduce anxiety & stress, restore vitality, & alleviate disease. Reiki energy promotes clarity & balance. Reiki can be a remarkable & uplifting experience.
Half Session (35 minutes) - $45.00
Full Session (75 minutes) - $80.00
